Who to hire

Nine people can be hired: three grooms, four trainers, and two instructors. Maria trains you, not the horses. Hires unlock with the main house level.

Laura grooms one horse for 5 coins a day from house level 1. Maria costs 30 a day and teaches the player. Fiete and Lucas groom nine horses at 90 a day. Tara, Bianca, Markus, and Meilin train horses up to different stat caps. Julia sells riding lessons. Several training fees are printed with a question mark in the source, and those stay blank here.

A second site mentions Fiete and Meilin, so those two names are slightly better attested than the wage table as a whole. The wage table itself is still one wiki. Sort by daily pay if you are protecting cash in the first week.
